During her summers working as a camp counselor for young children, Asmi consistently witnessed one of the most painful dynamics within second graders' friend groups: exclusion.

        She saw how just at the young age of 6, children began to test the power of their words which oftentimes, though unknowingly, caused hurt. Asmi quickly realized how seemingly innocent behaviors had the potential to evolve into more complex and toxic actions as these same children grew into teenagers and adults later on. Through her interactions with these kids, she began to understand the critical importance of instilling ethical and moral values early on in life. Asmi also noticed a significant gap in the discussion of these values within the schools she attended herself. Motivated by these observations, Asmi is now dedicated to making ethical education enjoyable and accessible for today's youth, with the hope of nurturing a more empathetic and conscientious future generation.
